. The Chief Minister said that we have recharged 13 thousand drains. Wherever this work was done, the water level rose from 7 cm to 13 cm.
Farmers benefited a lot. Not only one crop was saved, water was also available for the other crop. Worked on cow protection in Garuva Yojana. 1 lakh 56 thousand hectare fields were secured.
Started other activities like poultry farming, fisheries. More than 2 lakh women got employment.
Bari is like a kitchen garden. This provided green vegetables, reduced malnutrition.
It is the solution to today’s problems.
, How is your model different from before? In reply to this question, the Chief Minister said that this was our tradition but it had stopped for some time as cattle rearing had become expensive. We removed this discrepancy. Animal husbandry became profitable again. Farms are safe. Because of the tractor, there was a problem of stray cattle. Now we are buying cow dung. Vermi compost is being made from this, we have made 31 lakh quintal vermi compost. This has opened the way for organic farming. Due to this, milk production has increased by 50 thousand liters every day.
, Which of your plans is a five-year plan and which is a long-term plan? In reply to this question, the Chief Minister said that more than half of our Gauthans have become self-supporting. This arrangement will benefit the people permanently.
, The government pays great attention to health and education. What is your achievement in the field of education so that you get good grades.
The Chief Minister said that many of our schools were closed due to Naxalite incidents. We got schools started again in places like Jagargunda. Schools were renovated at a cost of Rs 1100 crore. Schools were painted with natural paint made from cow dung. We started Swami Atmanand English Medium School.
, The Chief Minister said that we started English medium schools in such areas. Schools should be started in the interior areas also. There is a huge demand for admission in our schools.
In two years, we started about 750 schools.
, On the question of language, the Chief Minister said that Awadhi, Bhojpuri, Chhattisgarhi are languages like sisters. We have a lot of emphasis on culture.
, All the posts in health are filled. Earlier had to go out for surgery. Now it happens only in the districts. Dialysis is done in Balrampur. Patients from Odisha come here for treatment. There is a tradition of going to Haat Bazar. We took advantage of this and provided treatment facilities there. People do not go to the hospital, but when they go here, they get treated.
, What have you learned from Covid, did all these facilities come because of Covid. The Chief Minister said that no, I had already said in the interview that the major problem of Chhattisgarh is malnutrition. We had planned for this and it paid off.
, Talking about Naxal affected areas, you say that violence has reduced. Even then, even if an accident happens, it hurts. The Chief Minister said that earlier it was difficult to go to Aranpur. We won the trust of the people. Convenience to the people. Created an atmosphere of mutual trust. Returned the land of tribals. Gave forest rights lease. Buy forest produce. We declared the support price of Kodo Kutki.
