Raipur 02 September 2020. National Worm Liberation Day will be organized from 23 September to 30 September 2020 as per the directive of the state government. Under this, at the community level, Mitanin and Anganwadi workers will visit the house and feed worm medicine (Albendazole) to 1 to 19 year old children. Children between the ages of one to two years will be fed by grinding half tablet, children aged two to three years by grinding one tablet and children aged three to 19 years by chewing a tablet. In view of Kovid-19 by the government, guidelines have been issued regarding organizing the National Worm Liberation Program in the Containment Zone and Buffer Zone. This service will be provided only after the situation is normal in the Containment Zone. Whereas in the buffer zone, services will be continued by following the general guidelines.
