What did Muskaan also know that one day the Chief Minister of the state will come around his house and fulfill his dream? After completing B.Sc Mathematics, Muskaan, who dreamed of doing research, could not even express her intentions at home because where would lakhs of rupees come from for studying and going out? Because a small grocery shop runs the household expenses, then there are younger brothers and sisters too. While suppressing her desires, Muskaan herself used to teach tuitions to help the family members. Today, when Muskaan heard that the Chief Minister is coming near the house and he meets the people, he thought that I will not be able to get the address or not, whether the hopes will be fulfilled or not! Here, when Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel heard Muskaan’s agony and wish, he fulfilled his requests within minutes.
When student Muskan Agrawal told the Chief Minister of the state, Mr. Baghel, through a visit-meeting program on the land of Dharamjaigarh, that she hails from a poor family and has completed her B.Sc., now she wants to go further in the field of research. Wants to study in Bangalore. For this, coaching is necessary. But he is not capable. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel listened carefully to the words of the girl student and said, tell me how much is needed? When the student Muskan told about not making Steemit, the Chief Minister said in a joking tone that if you are talking to a Chief Minister without Steemit, then how will I be able to give you the amount. Seeing the smiles of Smile who remained silent for a moment, the Chief Minister immediately announced to give two lakh rupees by volunteering, asking him to apply. On this announcement of the Chief Minister, people including women present there applauded and thanked the Chief Minister.
Muskan Aggarwal of Dharamjaygarh told that she could not tell her wish to anyone due to lack of money in the house. Many times he had also changed his plan to go out to study. Today, after meeting the Chief Minister in a moment and fulfilling the demand, the student Muskan expressed her gratitude to the Chief Minister for this.
