Raipur, 20 December 2020. The Chief Minister, Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, attended the program “Thanks CM” organized by IBC-24 news channel at Hotel Babylon Capital in Raipur today. In the program, the beneficiaries benefiting from various schemes run by the state government expressed their gratitude to Chief Minister Mr. Baghel while narrating their experiences. The Chief Minister expressed happiness that the beneficiaries are getting their benefits by joining the schemes of the State Government. Agriculture and Water Resources Minister Mr. Ravindra Choubey, Urban Administration and Development Minister Dr. Shiv Kumar Dahria and Food Minister Mr. Amarjeet Bhagat were also present on the occasion.
The Chief Minister said in the program that it took 18 years for our forefathers to dream about Chhattisgarh. The people of Chhattisgarh enjoyed Chhath Puja, Hareli, Maa Karma Jayanti, Chhath Puja and World Tribal Day holidays along with the major festivals of Chhattisgarh. Now Chhattisgarhi dishes like typicali, khurmi, fara, cheela are served in the programs. Officers in the programs also express their gratitude in the Chhattisgarhi language. The Chief Minister said that after this change, the people of Chhattisgarh now feel that it is now our state. In the program, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel threw light on two years of development and state government schemes under the leadership of the new government.
Shri Ratiram of village Kharkena of Takhatpur development block in Bilaspur district said that under the Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojna, he has received Rs 15 thousand 600 in three installments so far. He said that Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel promised to buy paddy for Rs 2500 quintal through this scheme. In this scheme, he got the funds from time to time, during the Teeja-Pora festival. He presented the plow symbol to the Chief Minister. The beneficiary of Godhan Nyaya Yojana in Raigad district, Mr. Taruram Yadav said that he has got 96 thousand rupees by selling cow dung. He thanked the Chief Minister for implementing this scheme and said that his financial condition has improved with this scheme. Mr. Yadav expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister by offering diyas made of cow dung, basil plant, and pelt of paddy.
Shri Ganeshu of village Panchayat Pachera of Nawagarh development block of Janjgir-Champa district said that he got a lot of relief from the electricity bill half plan. Smt. Dulari Dewangan of Dongargaon in Rajnandgaon district attached to the Aajeevika Mission said that she has been provided with an e-rickshaw under the scheme. With whom his family is being well maintained. He has also received a grant of one lakh rupees for e-rickshaws. A woman from Mahar Dharani Karani Self-Help Group, who works at the cashew processing center in Bakavand, Bastar, said that the women self-help groups have earned a good income by setting up cashew processing units. In this regard, the Chief Minister said that cashew was sold in Bastar at the rate of Rs 50 a kg. Bastar cashew nut is being sold at Rs 290 to Rs 700 per kg after processing. Shri Dasharatha, a beneficiary of the MNREGA scheme, who came from Korea district, told that he was from Mumbai during the lockdown When he returned to his village, he got more support from the work under the MNREGA scheme in the village. It was informed in the program that Mr. Dashrath worked 150 days in this scheme.
The beneficiary of Bijapur, Shri Lachchan Poyam, who received the Forest Rights Recognition, said that he has received the Forest Rights Recognition Card for five acres of land. On which they have made Dabri by MNREGA. In this Dabri, they are doing fisheries, Along with this, they are earning good income by producing vegetables on the land. Anganwadi worker Smt Santoshi Dewangan, who is associated with the Sucharnati Abhiyan, told that through this scheme thousands of children and women have been well-educated throughout the state. The beneficiary of Rajnandgaon Shri Ramadhar Nirmalkar thanked the amount of the chit fund company, and thanked the Chief Minister for the return of the amount. It is noteworthy that a sum of seven and a half crores has recently been returned to the people investing in the chit fund company in the state. Shri Ramadhar Nirmalkar is also one of them. The Chief Minister honored Mrs. Mandira Nayak, wife of the martyr Mr. Amit Nayak on the dais. Martyr Shri Amit Nayak’s brother told in the program that this time on Diwali, martyred families received the Chief Minister’s greeting message. This reflects the sensitivity of the Chief Minister. Program includes real state, medical, Representatives of various industries, including education, expressed their gratitude to the Chief Minister and said that even in the Corona crisis, the quick decisions taken by the state government under the leadership of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel gave a boost to industries including real estate sector.
