The Prime Minister will distribute the amount of the first installment at the rate of Rs 25 lakh to the missing 01 lakh beneficiaries of the Awas Gramin Yojana.
On this occasion, the guests will visit the various stalls set up at the venue and after meeting the beneficiaries of the schemes, they will distribute housing approval orders, checks for assistance under the schemes and tricycles etc. On this occasion, the Garment Factory Ganiyari-Nagoi run by a self-help group will also be inaugurated by the guests.
It is noteworthy that Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel had announced that if the Central Government does not start the survey of the eligible beneficiaries of the housing scheme, then the State Government will conduct the survey and help them in constructing houses.
