More than 6 thousand newly appointed teachers will be trained in the session 2023. As per the instructions of the Principal Secretary, School Education Department, 6 thousand 607 currently appointed teachers are to be given training. Of these, 2 thousand 496 assistant teachers, 3 thousand 875 teachers and 236 lecturers will be given training. The training of these teachers will be completed in 15 phases.
In the first phase, 5-day residential training of newly appointed teachers in government pre-secondary schools has been organized from 9 to 13 October. This training organized by the State Council of Educational Research and Training was conducted at Anjaneya University (KITE) Nardaha Raipur for 100-100 teachers from Surguja and Balrampur districts and 100-100 teachers from Bastar Kondagaon, Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur districts at SCERT Shankar Nagar Raipur.
