Raipur: More than 2.73 lakh samples examined in last one week for identification of corona infected

Raipur. 8 April 2021.  In the last one week (April 1 to April 7), two lakh 73 thousand 033 samples have been examined for identification of corona infections. Health Minister Shri T.S. On the instructions of Singhdev, more and more samples are being examined daily in the state. During the last week, 40 thousand 857 samples on April 1, 37 thousand 075 samples on April 2, 40 thousand 875 samples on April 3, 26 thousand 911 samples on April 4, 40 thousand 053 samples on April 5, 47 thousand 973 on April 6. The sample and 42 thousand 289 samples have been investigated on 7 April.

The samples are under RTPCR examination in virology labs of AIIMS Raipur and six other government medical colleges Bilaspur, Jagdalpur, Raigad, Rajnandgaon, Ambikapur and Raipur. The work of setting up virology labs in Mahasamund, Korba, Kanker and Korea is in progress to increase the number of RTPCR investigations. RTPCR investigation will start in these four new labs soon. Corona virus is also being investigated in 31 True-nat labs set up in various districts. Kovid-19 is being tested with rapid antigen kit in all district hospitals, community health centers, urban primary health centers and almost all primary health centers of the state.
