Raipur, 6 December 2020. Public Health Engineering and Village Industries Minister Guru Rudrakumar today participated in the Satnam Sandesh Yatra that came out of the temple Hassaud. On the occasion of Guru Agamdas Jayanti, in the fifth phase of Satnam Sandesh Yatra, this journey was taken from the temple Hassaud to Saraipali. This Satnam Sandesh Yatra is in the memory of Guru Baba Agamdas ji, the life works of Baba Guru Ghasidas ji, the father of Satnam Panth and the teachings of Satnam Dharma, social unity, brotherhood, world brotherhood and peace.
On this occasion, Village Industries Minister Guru Rudrakumar released the Jaitkham Kosa Saree prepared by the weavers in the presence of the heads of Satnami society. He said that the weavers with their imagination have woven Baba Guru Ghasidas ji and Jaitkham as a symbol of the faith of Satnami society so brilliantly as they are designed in sarees. This Jaitkham Kosa saree will definitely become the first choice of women. It is noteworthy that the Village Industries Minister Guru Rudrakumar Handloom Association has been asked to enhance the traditional art culture of Chhattisgarh state and bring innovation. Department officials said that Jaitkham Kosa Sari has been prepared by the weavers of Chandrapur in Janjgir-Champa district. This saree will be available for sale in Bilasa showroom of Chhattisgarh State Handloom Development and Marketing Cooperative Association. During the program, the youth of the Satnami community performed pantheon dance and gallantry. Sandesh joined the journey. On this occasion, Guru spokesperson Dr. MK Kaushal, Rajmahant of Satnami Samaj, District Mahant, Block Mahant, Mr. NK Chandrakar, Secretary of Apex, officers and employees of Handloom Association were present along with citizens of all religions.
