Raipur: Members of Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club are helping common people in providing every facility from ration card to caste certificate

On the occasion of the grand conference of members of Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club, youth Mitans from across the state will gather in the capital. On this occasion, MP Shri Rahul Gandhi will address the club members. There is tremendous enthusiasm among the youth about this. Since its inauguration on 3 February 2022, the club members have infused new energy in the state with their continuous creative work. Enthusiastic youth are appealing to the people to participate in the schemes of the government. Informing them about the plans. They are helping people. Be it making ration card, caste certificate or income certificate, people are directly contacting the club members and their work is being done easily. Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel has started this important scheme to utilize youth energy in the construction of Chhattisgarh.

So far, 13 thousand 242 Rajiv Yuva Mitan Clubs have been formed in the state. So far 3 lakh 22 thousand 770 youths have joined it as members. Its purpose is to promote creative activities. For this, 25 thousand rupees are given every quarter by the government to such clubs for conducting sports, cultural and social activities. As soon as the utilization certificate of at least 15 thousand rupees expenditure is received. Similarly, the amount is released for the next quarter. So far Rs 132 crore has been allocated for these clubs.

On what scale the activities of these clubs are taking place. This is known from the statistics. So far 2 lakh cultural, social and sports activities have been done by these clubs. 

The members of the club have done a lot of environmental protection work. Maximum work has been done to increase the scope of greenery through tree plantation. Along with this, the work of saving plants is also done by the youth. Apart from this, good work has also been done on water conservation. Cleaning of the ponds, giving life through shramdaan is such a work in which not only the members of the Youth Mitan Club take part, seeing their enthusiasm, other citizens also participate in the work.

The club members also had a notable contribution in the Chhattisgarh Olympics held in the state. About 25 lakh people participated in these games.
