Raipur: Mayor bowling, urban administration minister hits fours, sixes, cricket competition inaugurated

Raipur 8 January 2021. Urban Administration Minister Dr. Shiv Kumar Dahria, who has been an outstanding player of cricket in his student life, is still very fond of cricket. They do not miss playing on the ground pitch whenever they get a chance. When he reached the inauguration of a cricket competition organized in memory of late Mr. Inderchand Dhariwal, who encouraged social activists and sports and sportspersons, he showed his jowar in batting by coming down on the pitch. When the bat was held in the hands of the public representatives, players and spectators, the Mayor Shri Aijaz Dhebar decided to bowl. Minister Dr. Dahria’s batting was closely watched at the Subhash Stadium. As soon as the mayor started bowling, Minister Dr. Dahriya shot vigorously. While discharging his role as a good player, he hit fours and sixes. Minister Dr Dahria hit four fours and two sixes in the inaugural innings.

 

During the inauguration of the cricket tournament, the Chief Guest, Dr. Dahria recalled the late Mr. Inderchand Dhariwal ji, saying that he was also an active public representative and contributed to the promotion of social sector and sports with players. During this, he was the former Governor and Chief Minister. Greeted Mr. Motilal Vora, Mr. Ahmed Patel. Dr. Dahria said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, the Government of Chhattisgarh is continuously working towards promoting sportspersons and sports. This type of sporting event brings talent and increases the enthusiasm of the players. During this, Chairman Shri Pramod Dubey, Shri Praveen Jain and other public representatives and organizers were present.
