Chief Minister celebrated Govardhan Puja with relatives and villagers in village Belaudi

Govardhan Puja, also known as Annakoot, was celebrated today by Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel at village Bailodi in Durg district with great enthusiasm among his relatives and villagers. On this occasion, the Chief Minister said that this festival of people’s faith should infuse new energy and fraternity in everyone’s life, may every house be filled with wealth and food. He described the Govardhan festival as a symbol of love and benevolence of nature and said that the worship and protection of nature is very important for the coming generations, so everyone should follow the basic mantra of this festival.
The Chief Minister interacted with the villagers at Kala Manch in Belaudi. Here in his presence, in front of the figure of Lord Shri Krishna, lifting the mountain in his finger with divine power, the villagers worshiped the Lord with gaiety, completed the circumambulation of the cow. The villagers vaccinated the Chief Minister and gave the message of brotherhood by vaccinating each other. The villagers of Belaudi also encouraged the Chief Minister according to the rural culture. The Chief Minister visited the village and met relatives and villagers. Also took selfies with children and women.
