Tribute paid to immortal fighters on Martyr’s Day

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has paid tribute to Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi on the occasion of ‘Martyr’s Day’ on January 30, his death anniversary. Paying tribute to the immortal martyrs of the country including Mahatma Gandhi, Mr. Baghel has said that the debt of the brave martyrs who laid down their lives for the country can never be repaid. Recalling the immense contribution of Mahatma Gandhi for India’s independence, Mr. Baghel said that Gandhiji showed the whole world how a great goal can be achieved by sticking to the path of truth and non-violence. The state government is also working following the path shown by Gandhiji. The Chief Minister said that Bapu understood the fundamentals of the Indian society and cared for the last person. Bapu’s thoughts and values will always inspire us to move forward with strong intentions.
