Raipur, 05 October 2021. The delegation led by Mrs. Rakhi Jain, National President of Junior Chamber International met Governor Ms. Anusuiya Uikey at Raj Bhavan. The Governor appreciated the work being done by JCI in the entire country. He said that youth are the future of our country and by training them on personality development and other subjects, good work is being done by the organization in the interest of the country. He said that leadership development training should be conducted for the students of all the universities of the state, so that our youth should actively participate in nation building. Governor said that so that youth can get the courses of their interest, instructions have been given to set up career guidance cells in all universities. He said that the youth should keep their thoughts in a coherent manner and know about constitutional issues etc.
The National President of JCI, Mrs. Jain thanked the Governor for the constant encouragement given to the institution and said that your reaching the highest position gives inspiration to all of us especially women. He said that the organization is working in 125 countries. At present there are more than 55 thousand members across the country. This organization also organizes personality development programmes, blood donation camps. Even during the Kovid epidemic, the organization did a lot of work to help the society. The process of making Senior Member Associate by the organization is also going on.
The Director of Senator Board of JCI India Mr. Rajesh Agarwal, Mandal President Mrs. Yogita Jaiswal, Mr. Rajesh Saraf, Mr. Amitabh Dubey, Mrs. Jaya Arora, Mrs. Aanchal Panjwani, Mr. Amitesh Pathak were present in the delegation. The JCI honored the Governor by putting up a JCI pin and giving me a memento. The Governor also honored the members of the organization by giving them a shawl.
