Sushasan Tihar 2025 will increase the government’s dialogue with the citizens and bring transparency in the administration – Collector Shri Gopal Verma

As per the wishes of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, Sushasan Tihar has started in Kabirdham district. The first phase of Sushasan Tihar 2025 has started to ensure timely resolution of the problems of common citizens. Under this, people are reaching the urban and gram panchayat headquarters from 10 am with their problems, complaints and demands and submitting applications through Samadhan Box till 05 pm. The process of taking applications will continue till Friday, April 11, 2025. In the first phase, applications will be received from the general public from 08 April to 11 April 2025. In the second phase, the applications received will be resolved within about a month. In the third and final phase, Samadhan camps will be organized between 05 May to 31 May 2025.
Apart from panchayats, Samadhan boxes have also been installed in the Collectorate, District and Tehsil offices. Where citizens are reaching with applications. A lot of enthusiasm is being seen among the residents of the district and the applicants towards Sushasan Tihar. Today, on the first day of Sushasan Tihar, a large number of people have reached the places designated for receiving applications from all the urban bodies as well as gram panchayats of the district and are submitting applications for the resolution of their demands and problems. Collector Shri Verma has assigned the responsibility of officers and employees for the implementation of Sushasan Tihar 2025 at the urban and panchayat level.
Collector Shri Gopal Verma said that this program will be implemented under the principles of good governance and transparency. The administration is fully committed to providing quick and effective solutions to the citizens. He said that the Sushasan Tihar 2025 programs will increase the government’s dialogue with the citizens and bring transparency in the administration. This first phase of Sushasan Tihar 2025 is the beginning of a new administrative approach in Kabirdham district, which will work to increase trust and transparency between the citizens and the administration under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai.
Applications are being received in Gram Panchayat headquarters and urban bodies
Applications are being received from the general public regarding their problems till 11 April 2025 at the Gram Panchayat headquarters and urban body offices from 10 am to 5 pm. Samadhan boxes have been placed at these places, so that people can write their problems and complaints without hesitation and put them in it. Arrangement of Samadhan Box has also been made at the district and development block headquarters level to receive applications. Arrangement has also been made to receive online applications in the portal https://sussaantihar.cg.nic.in. Information about giving a code to each application is available on the portal. Blank application forms in the prescribed format (including village-wise / urban body-wise code) are being printed and made available to the villagers. Each application is being registered in the portal and uploaded online, along with this, acknowledgement is being given to the applicant.
