Irregularity in Dabri Khodai in Gram Panchayat Jur of Surajpur district was investigated by Sub-Divisional Officer Rural Engineering Service, Program Officer (MNREGA), Technical Assistant (MNREGA). According to the sent inquiry report, Panchayat Secretary Mohd. Beneficiaries Shivdhari, Dharmapal, Ramdin, Nisha, Ayesha Khatoon, Jairam, Warish Afi, Mohd. Result of display of allegations of payment of total amount 7,58,296 (Rupees seven lakh ninety eight thousand two hundred and ninety six) by fraudulently issuing muster rolls without getting the work done in Dabri construction work approved under Mahatma Gandhi NREGA scheme on Afi’s private land Swaroop official show cause notice was issued.
Satisfactory reply was not furnished. Therefore Mohd. The aforesaid act done by Abidul Haq Ansari, the above act of the Panchayat Secretary, Rule 3 (1) (2) (3) of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Service (Conduct) Rules 1998 and Rule 3, 4, 4 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Secretary’s Powers and Functions Rules, 1999 Being contrary to 5 and 6 has been found in the category of misconduct.

Under Rule 4 of the Panchayat Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules 1999, District Panchayat CEO Ms. Leena Kosam has issued an order of suspension with immediate effect. During the suspension period, the delinquent employee will be eligible for subsistence allowance and during the suspended period, the headquarter office has been fixed at District Panchayat Bhaiyathan, District Surajpur (Chhattisgarh)
