On the instructions of Public Health Engineering Minister Guru Rudrakumar, pure drinking water is being supplied under Jal Jeevan Mission in rural areas of the state. In this series, in Kota development block of Bilaspur district, under the Jal Jeevan Mission, 786 houses of 9 villages will be supplied pure drinking water under the Single Village Drinking Water Scheme, for which administrative approval of Rs.3 crore 96 lakh 44 thousand has been received.
In this regard, an order has been issued by the office of Collector and President, District Water and Sanitation Mission, Bilaspur. According to the order issued, Rs 49.72 lakh in Majhgawan (Devtikira, Ghatghna) village under Kota development block of Bilaspur district, Rs 45.54 lakh in Majhgawan (Harijanpara, Nawadih), Rs 45.86 lakh in Majhgawan (Schoolpara, Suighat), Rs 49.92 lakh in Parsapani, Rs. In Parsapani (Dhanuharpara) Rs.39.96 lakhs, Parsapani (Kerachhuwa) Rs.40.21 lakhs, Mohali Rs.47.52 lakhs, Mohali (Pandripani) Rs.37.76 lakhs, Mohali (Lathuripara) Rs.39.95 lakhs. Administrative approval has been given.
