Chhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha Monsoon session from July 20 to July 27

Chief Secretary Shri Amitabh Jain took a meeting of Secretary level officers in Mantralaya today regarding the implementation of the proceedings and pre-session preparation for the Monsoon session to be held from July 20 to July 27 of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly.
Chief Secretary Shri Jain has instructed the secretaries and officers of the departments to make available the information regarding answers of supplementary, supplementary, starred, unstarred questions and assurances to the Parliamentary Affairs Department, Chief Minister’s Secretariat and the Chief Secretary’s office in time. During the assembly session, the officers have been asked to be present with all the necessary information. Parliamentary Affairs Secretary Shri S. Prakash gave necessary information to the Chief Secretary regarding the questions of each department and the preparations being made by the Parliamentary Affairs Department in relation to the monsoon session of the Vidhan Sabha. Additional Chief Secretary Shri Subrata Sahu and in-charge secretaries of all the departments were present in the meeting.
