Mission Aval was innovated in Dhamtari district for better results in board examinations, it is very praiseworthy. It feels great to see children progressing. The two most important formulas for progressing in life are hard work and will power. Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai said this while felicitating meritorious students on the occasion of Mission Aval ceremony organized by Dhamtari district administration.
In his address, Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the Dhamtari district administration started Mission Awal for the students of class 10th and 12th. It has been very successful. The sons and daughters of the district have scored very good marks in the 10th and 12th boards. We are going to honour them. Mission Awal has played a big role behind such good results. Under this, tests were taken every month. In the last month, the children were kept in boarding and special preparation was done. This had good results and very good results came. The Chief Minister said that today 122 different works worth Rs 55 crore 15 lakh have been inaugurated and Bhoomi Pujan has been done.
The Chief Minister said that education is the basic mantra of development. Life is incomplete without education. It is not only a means to get employment but if you want to progress in any field, then good education is very important. All of you children should study diligently. High level educational institutions are available in Chhattisgarh. You should take advantage of them. Our Prime Minister Shri Modi ji’s vision is to prepare a developed India by the year 2047. Accordingly, we also have to prepare a developed Chhattisgarh by the year 2047 and for this, the education world will definitely contribute a lot. All of you should study diligently. Educational innovations like Vinoba App and Swadhyay App have been done in Dhamtari. Children will definitely benefit from this. Two things are very important for success, first will power and second hard work. You just heard the experiences of some brilliant children, they told how hard they have worked. All of you should dream, you are the leaders of the country. Dream and move forward. The Chief Minister ended his speech with a line while encouraging the children. She stands far away and calls you by indicating the destination, she applies sandalwood on the forehead of those who move forward with courage. The Chief Minister also wished International Yoga Day on this occasion. He said that all of you must include yoga in your lifestyle. Make sure to take out some time for yoga in your busy routine.
In her address, MP Mrs. Roop Kumari Chaudhary said that the importance of education is being recognized not only today, but for thousands of years. We have a tradition of knowledge and science. It feels great to see the children getting such good marks. It is a proud moment.
In his address, MLA Mr. Ajay Chandrakar said that on completion of 100 years of independence, Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi has taken a resolution of developed India. In view of this, it was decided to prepare a vision document in Chhattisgarh under the guidance of Chief Minister Mr. Vishnu Dev Sai and work on it has started. The Chief Minister has given the highest priority to education in this vision document because if education becomes good then everything will become good.

inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 122 works at a cost of Rs 55.15 crore – It is noteworthy that on this occasion Chief Minister Mr. Sai inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of works worth Rs 55 crore 15 lakh in Dhamtari district. This includes inauguration of 101 works worth Rs 16 crore 4 lakh and laying the foundation stone of 21 works worth Rs 39 crore 11 lakh.
The works inaugurated by Chief Minister Shri Sai include 77 works worth Rs 10 crore 31 lakh 80 thousand under Municipal Corporation Dhamtari, 9 works worth Rs 2 crore 64 lakh 40 thousand of Rural Mechanical Services Sub Division Dhamtari, 3 works worth Rs 1 crore 10 lakh 29 thousand under Agriculture Department, 5 works worth Rs 98 lakh 24 thousand, one work worth Rs 53 lakh 41 thousand under Public Works Department Dhamtari, 4 works worth Rs 36 lakh 17 thousand under Panchayat and Rural Development Department Janpad Panchayat Nagari and 2 works worth Rs 9 lakh 50 thousand under Forest Department.
Also, the Chief Minister laid the foundation stone of 2 works worth Rs 12 crore 92 lakh 01 thousand under Water Management Division Rudri, 3 works worth Rs 11 crore 19 lakh 57 thousand under Public Works Department Dhamtari, 14 works worth Rs 11 crore 95 thousand of Municipal Corporation Dhamtari, one work of Electricity Department worth Rs 3 crore 78 lakh 91 thousand and one work of Panchayat and Rural Development Department Janpad Panchayat Nagari at the cost of Rs 19 lakh 96 thousand.

Mr. Sai distributed the amount to the beneficiary children of Chief Minister Naunihal Scholarship and Chief Minister Noni-Babu Medhavi Education Assistance Scheme-
In the program, Chief Minister Mr. Sai distributed Rs. 1,41,035 to 7594 beneficiaries under the Chief Minister Naunihal Scholarship Scheme of the Labor Department and Rs. 6,41,500 to 119 beneficiaries under the Chief Minister Noni-Babu Medhavi Shiksha Sahayata Yojana. Under the Chief Minister Naunihal Scholarship Scheme, assistance ranging from Rs.1,000 to Rs.10,000 is provided to the first two children of construction workers. Similarly, under the Chief Minister Noni-Babu Medhavi Shiksha Sahayata Yojana, among the first two children of construction workers, assistance of Rs.5,000 is provided to a boy student and Rs.5,500 to a girl student is provided.
