Chairman of Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission Mr. Gyanesh Sharma inaugurated a free regular yoga practice center on April 02 at Kumbare Chowk Garden in Bal Gangadhar Tilak Ward, Janata Colony, Gudhiyari, Raipur. During this, many yoga asanas were also taught to the citizens. This is the 31st free regular yoga practice center in Raipur under the regular yoga practice program in Municipal Corporation under the aegis of Yoga Commission. Here daily from 6 am to 7.30 am yoga exercises will be done by yoga instructor Mrs. Anita Sahare.
Mr. Gyanesh Sharma said that the aim of the Yoga Commission is to motivate the general public to include regular yoga practice in their daily routine and to adopt a healthy and healthy lifestyle. For this, the commission is continuously starting free regular yoga practice centers in Raipur city. All citizens should take advantage of this free service. Ward Councilor Smt. Kamini Dewangan along with Yoga Sadhaks and a large number of citizens were present as special guests on this occasion.
