Chairman of Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission Mr. Gyanesh Sharma inaugurated 44th free yoga class at Vrindavan Garden of Kushabhau Thakre Ward located in Saddu area of capital Raipur. The program was presided over by District Co-operative Bank Raipur President Mr. Pankaj Sharma, Ward Councilor Mrs. Sushila Dhivar. On this occasion, Mr. Gyanesh Sharma also planted saplings in the garden premises.
Mr. Gyanesh Sharma said that Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission is creating health awareness and awareness among the people through free yoga classes. People are not only eradicating their diseases through yoga but are also avoiding diseases. Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission has been doing the work of connecting people with yoga by continuously propagating yoga in Chhattisgarh since its formation till now. Next week the program of Golden Book of World Records is organized in the capital.
Mr. Pankaj Sharma said that Yoga is necessary for our life and we should include it in our lifestyle. Councilor Smt. Sushila Dhivar expressed happiness over opening of yoga class in her ward. Yoga teachers Shri Chhabi Ram Sahu and Jyoti Sahu conducted yoga exercises on this occasion.
