Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel today inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 13 different development works costing Rs.205 crore 14 lakh in Kharsia Vidhan Sabha of Raigad district in the second phase of meet-and-greet program. In which 8 works constructed at a cost of Rs 19 crore 19 lakh have been inaugurated and foundation stone laying work of 5 works to be constructed at a cost of Rs 185 crore 95 lakh are included.
Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel inaugurated the works during the program. These include two road construction works by Chhattisgarh Rural Road Development Agency at a cost of Rs 11 crore 33 lakh, strengthening of Turekela-Halahuli road by Public Works Department at a cost of Rs 5 crore 88 lakh, Barbhauna by Education Department at a cost of Rs 75 lakh. Construction of high school building in Mura, Public Health and Family Welfare Department at a cost of Rs 91 lakh, Hummer Lab and Blood Bank, Ayurveda Department at a cost of Rs 16 lakh for Government Ayurveda dispensary and construction of new building at Mura at a cost of Rs 16 lakh. New building construction work is included in Halahuli for Homeopathy dispensary.
Under the foundation stone laying work, construction of high school building by Public Works Department at Chhote Mudpar of Kharsia at a cost of Rs 75 lakh, construction of Railway Over Bridge and Railway Under Bridge by Public Works Department Setu at a cost of Rs 64 crore 95 lakh, Public Health Engineering The works of 36 retrofitting schemes, 129 single village schemes and 01 solar scheme are included in Kharsia, Raigarh and Pusaur at a cost of Rs 120 crore 25 lakh by the department.
