Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel had reached Belagavi village of Dongargarh Vidhansabha 5 years ago on 14th November, when he had promised that he would definitely come again. When he reached Belagavi today, November 15, he remembered the old incident and said that he has fulfilled his promise today. The Chief Minister honored two farmers Jagdev Ram Verma (Village Kolihapuri) and Bhupendra Kumar Lilhare (Village Sipa) by presenting them shawls. 
Appealing to the general public to donate, the Chief Minister said that the Chhattisgarh government has secured water and shade for cows and livestock by creating Gauthan, now it is your responsibility to take a step forward through para donation. He said, as in the Bhagavatam, the devotee of his own free will and ability gives charity to the Lord, A father donates a daughter in the form of Lakshmi, similarly the wealth of farmers is their agricultural produce, so every farmer of Chhattisgarh, which is called the rice bowl, must donate. Citing the example of Delhi, Punjab and Haryana, he said that there has been a lot of pollution due to stubble burning in those areas. By donating we can avoid such pollution and fodder will also be available to the animals. The Chief Minister told that for this we have also formed a Gauthan committee. Just like a tree gives us fruits, in the same way livestock also benefits us through milk and its other products, so every farmer should donate fodder in the form of Para to the livestock. 
During this, the Chief Minister has done beautification and drain construction of Nistari pond in village Belgaum, CC lining work of canals of Devkatta reservoir, construction of Kukrapat reservoir, police post at Mudhipar, branch of cooperative bank in village Tola and high schools of Gadaghat and Ghotia. Upgradation of the school to higher secondary, construction of two additional rooms for the Higher Secondary School, Tola village which is being run in the High School building and two additional rooms in the Higher Secondary School, Thelkadih.
During the meet-meet program with the Chief Minister, the female member of Sahaspur’s Maa Pingleshwari self-help group told that she has made 678 quintal vermicompost so far. So far he has sold vermi worth Rs 4 lakh 77 thousand. Durjan Lal Khare of Bhandarpur told that he has one and a half acres of land. His agricultural loan of Rs 20,000 was waived off. The benefit of Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana is also available. Got the installment of nine thousand rupees before Diwali. This enabled him and his family to celebrate the festival very well. Chandrakumar Nirmalkar of Belagavi told that he has acres of land. Getting the benefit of Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana, got the third installment of Rs.5500. On being asked by the Chief Minister, Chandrakumar told that he had bought clothes for the family with the amount received. The Chief Minister said that take advantage of all the schemes, also pay attention to the needs of the family.
 Mrs. Bevantin Nirmalkar of Belagavi told that she was suffering from sugar problem. In such a situation, he started his treatment in the weekly Haat-Bazar clinic which is held every Wednesday. All tests and medicines are available free of cost, they are completely healthy now. Mr. Vikas Chaudhary, a resident of Dongargarh, said that for the treatment of mother’s angioplasty, financial assistance of Rs 1 lakh 98 thousand 600 was received through the Chief Minister’s Special Health Assistance Scheme. Now Shri Vikas’s mother is completely healthy. Shri Vikas Chaudhary thanked the Chief Minister.
