Raipur, 17 March 2021. Home Minister Tamradhwaj Sahu attended the review meeting with the Chief Ministers on the arrangements being made by the States to control Kovid Vaccination and Corona infection at the national level by the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. Due to Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel’s stay in Assam, Home Minister Sahu from Chhattisgarh attended the meeting organized through video conference in his place. In the meeting, Prime Minister Modi inquired about the progress of Kovid vaccination in all the states. He also inquired about the steps being taken by the states to prevent the spread of Corona infection and gave necessary instructions.
In the video conference, the Home Minister was accompanied by Chief Secretary Mr. Amitabh Jain, Additional Chief Secretary of Health Department, Mrs. Renu G. Pillai, Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister Mr. Subrata Sahu and Secretary Mr. Siddharth Komal Pardeshi also attended. Along with the Prime Minister in New Delhi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Secretary of Ministry of Public Health and Family Welfare Rajesh Bhushan also inquired about the arrangements of the states in the video conference.
