Raipur. 26 May 2020. The Health Department of the state government has notified a new list of blocks consisting of red, orange and green zones. According to the guidelines of the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, based on the number of active cases of Kovid-19 in all the development blocks and urban areas of the state, their rate of doubling and the latest status of sample investigation per one lakh population , Has been reclassified into Orange and Green zones.
The Health Department has made a new classification based on the position of 25 May. It will be updated every Monday. The department has also released the list of Kovid-19 affected containment zones declared by collectors and district magistrates. As of May 25, the number of declared zones in the state is 95. The declared zones are Red, Orange and Green zones and Containment zones.
