Raipur: Governor Ms. Uike handed over oxygen concentrators to community health centers

Raipur, 06 March 2022. Governor Ms. Anusuiya Uikey, during her three-day stay in Jagdalpur, on the last day today, on behalf of Red Cross Society at Circuit House, Jagdalpur, provided 5 nos. of oxygen concentrator and hygiene kit to help the needy people of Bastar district. Ms. Uike donated 1-1 oxygen concentrator to 5 Block Medical Officers of the district and Hygiene Kit to Mitanin. During this, Ms. Uike took information about the activities conducted by the Red Cross Society in Bastar district and appreciated the work being done by them for human service. He asked to make efforts to meet the shortage of doctors through Red Cross and also to take the services of retired doctors for this purpose.

On this occasion, Divisional Commissioner Shri Shyam Dhawade, Inspector General of Police Shri Sundarraj P, Collector Shri Rajat Bansal, Senior Superintendent of Police Shri Jitendra Meena along with Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. RK. Chaturvedi, Vice President of District Red Cross Society, Mr. Alexander Cherian and other officials were present on the occasion.
