Governor Mr. Vishwabhushan Harichandan has extended heartiest congratulations and best wishes to renowned folk singer of Chhattisgarh and Vice-Chancellor of Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya, Khairagarh, Padma Shri Dr. Mokshada (Mamta) Chandrakar on being honored with the Sangeet Natak Akademi Award by the President Smt. Draupadi Murmu. Governor Mr. Harichandan said in his message that Dr. Chandrakar’s contribution in keeping alive the culture of Chhattisgarh is invaluable. He said that this honor of Dr. Chandrakar is an honor to the folk art of Chhattisgarh.
