Through this website, applications sent by the general public to the Governor will be sent to the concerned departments. Also, the proceedings being done on those applications by the Raj Bhavan Secretariat and pending applications at various department / office levels can be tracked. This will facilitate the Raj Bhavan Secretariat to monitor the status of the application form, the updated status of disposal, sent to the concerned department. The Governor said that today is the era of technology. Technology is being used everywhere. New technologies bring speed and transparency in work. E-Samadhan system will solve the problems of common people at the earliest.

This website has been linked to the concerned departments, collectorate and development office. The application will be uploaded and sent to the respective offices. Currently 3200 government offices have been associated with it. He informed that the Raj Bhavan Secretariat will get information about the situation in which the application forms are forwarded. In addition, the applicant’s mobile number also includes SMS. This information will be given through This facility of SMS in mobile will be started soon. Mr. Singh said that the special thing in this is that the department will finally solve the problem, demand or complaint of the applicant and will inform the Raj Bhavan secretariat about the action taken. This website has been associated with the Public Grievance Redressal Department, So the concerned department will not have to create a separate login and password. With the launch of this website, the time taken by Raj Bhavan to send correspondence to the application office will be saved.
