Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has asked to give a government job to the family member of the 22-year-old youth who died in Biranpur and to provide Rs. 10 lakh as assistance to the family. He made this announcement after meeting the office bearers of Chhattisgarh Pradesh Sahu Sangh at Chief Minister’s residence today. The Chief Minister has given instructions for a high-level administrative inquiry into the Bemetara incident under the leadership of the Commissioner. Also asked to investigate and submit the report in a week. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel has appealed to the people of the state to maintain peace and harmony.

The Chief Minister has said that the Biranpur incident is very unfortunate. The pain of the family of late Shri Bhuneshwar Sahu in this incident is the common pain of all of us. In the absence of Bhuneshwar, the protection of his family is the shared responsibility of all of us. Today, after meeting with the office bearers of Chhattisgarh Pradesh Sahu Sangh, we have decided that the family member of Bhuneshwar will be given a government job and an assistance of Rs 10 lakh. Along with this, I have given instructions for a high-level administrative inquiry under the leadership of the Commissioner and have asked to submit the report in a week.

The Chief Minister said that our Chhattisgarh state, the maternal home of Lord Ram and the home of mother Kaushalya, has been a stronghold of peace and harmony. We all have to maintain peace and harmony while fighting anti-social forces. It is the responsibility of every citizen. No one is above the law.

State President of Sahu Samaj Mr. Tehal Singh Sahu and other office bearers met the Chief Minister. Agriculture Minister Mr. Ravindra Choubey, Home Minister Mr. Tamradhwaj Sahu, MLA Bemetara Mr. Ashish Chhabra, Chairman of Chhattisgarh Telghani Board Mr. Sandeep Sahu were also present on the occasion.
