To increase immunity, 1137 children were given gold prashan today by Government Ayurveda College Hospital Raipur. Golden Prashan was given to 610 children in the Kaumarbhritya Pediatrics Department of Ayurveda College Hospital. At the same time, camps were organized in three schools of the city, Government Primary School Kota and Changorabhata and Gargi Public School Boria Kala, and a total of 527 children were made to consume it.
In the Government Ayurveda College Hospital, Raipur, on every Pushya Nakshatra date, the children of zero to 16 years are given golden prashan. On two other Pushya Nakshatra dates of this year, 9th January and 4th February, 831 and 1124 children were offered gold respectively. This medicine is very beneficial in increasing the immunity of children, protecting them from respiratory and other diseases as well as increasing concentration and memory power. It also helps in the physical and mental development of the children.
Pediatrician Dr. Lavkesh Chandravanshi of Government Ayurveda College Hospital, Raipur said that the aim of Ayurveda College Hospital is not only to treat diseases of children, but also to increase the quality of their health and prevent them from getting sick. Swarna Prashan is a medicine given to the children of zero to 16 years on the Pushya Nakshatra date of every month.
