Raipur, 02 September 2020. Directive to provide free admission to students in all government schools of the state has been issued by Director Public Education. Director School Education has instructed all Joint Director Education Division and District Education Officers to ensure free admission of students in government schools under their respective divisions and districts.
In a directive issued to the Joint Director Education Division and District Education Officers, it has been said that some districts are receiving complaints that the students are getting local funds like A.F., P.B.F., during admission in the government school. Scout, red cross, school development etc. are being charged. Currently all educational institutions are closed, so no fee should be charged from any student till the educational institution is closed.
