Raipur, 06 December 2020. Minister of Forest and Housing and Environment, Mr. Mohammad Akbar yesterday handed over a check of Rs 30 lakhs from the Axis Bank to the family of the deceased late Mr. Mukesh Pandey at his residence office in the capital. Mr. Akbar highly appreciated this work of Axis Bank. Significantly, the late Shri Pandey, a forest worker working in the forest division Dharmajayagarh, died while on duty from an elephant attack a year ago. This amount has been given by Axis Bank as financial assistance to the family of the deceased forest worker. Salary account was opened in Axis Bank by late Mr. Pandey in which his salary used to come. The amount has been provided under a scheme launched in 2016 by Axis Bank.
