Roads worth 16 thousand crores will be constructed for smooth movement
Chief Minister Shri Baghel said that our aim is to make life easier for the people living in rural areas, forest zones, settlements, towns and cities of the state. This is the reason why we have implemented Bijli Bill Half Scheme for domestic electricity consumers. Under this scheme, 400 units of electricity per month is being provided free of cost to every domestic consumer without any caste, religion or income restriction. Apart from this, about 6 lakh farmers using irrigation pumps up to 5 horse power are also being given free electricity. 30 units of electricity per month is being provided free of cost to 18 lakh families of BPL category. With the new industrial policy, there will be an investment of 47 thousand crore rupees in the state
