Initially, the beneficiaries will get the facility of online registration only through Kovin app and Arogya Setu app for registration for vaccination of citizens in the age group of 18 to 45 years according to the instructions of the central government – by accessing the session site and register on-site. Currently, some of the vaccine doses received by the state from the Center are being given to them on payment basis as per demand of private institutions. But as per the instructions of the Central Government, these vaccine doses will not be given to private institutions from May 1, 2021. Private institutions of the state will also be able to purchase vaccines from vaccine producers themselves and vaccinate all eligible citizens for the third phase of vaccination starting from 1 May 2021.
