    Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel said that his mother Late Smt. Bindeshwari Devi always used to say that progress of Chhattisgarh and the country will take place only through the progress of villages, poor and farmers. Mr. Baghel said that imbibing the ideals of the mother, he is continuously working for the all-round development of Chhattisgarh and the welfare of all sections of the society. Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel was expressing his views today on the occasion of inauguration ceremony of Mata Bindeshwari Devi Baghel Park and unveiling of the statue organized at Bharda Tatenga village of Dondilohara development block of Balod district. Mr. Baghel was present in the program as the chief guest. He said that as a result of the successful implementation of many public welfare schemes of the state government, today Chhattisgarh has emerged as a self-sufficient and prosperous state in the whole country. 

Mr. Baghel also congratulated and best wishes to the people present in the program on the occasion of the first Monday of the holy month of Sawan. On this occasion, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel gave Rs. 50 lakh each for the construction, boating arrangement and beautification of the river Kharkhara near the newly constructed Mata Bindeshwari Baghel Park in Bharda Tatenga village and Rs. Announced to approve an amount of Rs 65 lakh for the construction of 3.50 kilometer road up to Jewartala. Similarly, he also announced cementing of Kailash Dham to Mukti Dham road in Bharda village and upgradation of Government Higher Secondary School Tatenga. 

It is notable that the villagers of village Bharda Tatenga have collected funds to express their gratitude to Chief Minister Mr. Baghel for the farmer-friendly and public welfare schemes implemented in the state and construction of Mata Bindeshwari Baghel Park and statue has been done. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel expressed heartfelt thanks to the villagers of Bharda Tatenga village for constructing a park and statue in the name of his mother late Mrs. Bindeshwari Devi. Mentioning the important contribution of district member Mr. Rajesh Sahu along with the villagers for the establishment of Bindeshwari Park and statue in village Bharda Tatenga, he thanked them from the bottom of his heart. 

Women and Child Development Minister Mrs. Anila Bhendiya, Parliamentary Secretary and Regional MLA Mr. Kanwar Singh Nishad, Sanjari Balod MLA Mrs. Sangeeta Sinha, District Panchayat President Mrs. Sonadevi Deshalhara, District Panchayat Vice President Mr. Mithlesh Niroti, District President Mr. Jagrut Sonkar, District Panchayat members Mrs. Chandraprabha Sudhakar and Mrs. Meena Satyendra Sahu, Chairman of Municipality Balod Mr. Vikas Chopra and other public representatives were present. 

    Chief Minister Mr. Baghel said that the Government of Chhattisgarh has been working continuously for the welfare of all sections of the society for the last four and a half years. He said that even during the Corona period of two years, the pace of development in the state was not interrupted. Our government took a bold decision to buy paddy at Rs 2500 per quintal immediately after taking over the reins of power, respecting the Annadata farmers. He said that along with the increase in the rate of support price in the coming times, there will be a natural increase in the rate of purchase of paddy. Mr. Baghel said that in view of the importance and usefulness of the global language English at present and to provide quality education to all classes of children, Swami Atmanand English and Hindi medium excellent schools have been established by our government. Apart from this, the people engaged in the work of collecting forest produce should be self-sufficient. 65 types of minor forest produce are being procured in the state on support price to make them and give them a reasonable price for their hard work. Along with this, ambitious Narva, Garwa, Ghuruva and Bari schemes have been implemented in the state to strengthen the rural economy and to make them self-reliant by arranging employment for the women of the villagers and self-help groups in the village itself. He said that revolutionary results of this scheme are being seen in the state. Apart from this, by implementing the Rajiv Gandhi Landless Agricultural Labor Justice Scheme in the state, an amount of Rs. 07 thousand is being provided annually to the beneficiaries of this scheme. He said that along with the production of paddy, fruits and vegetables, Mahatma Gandhi Rural Industrial Park has been established in the villages to make the villages centers of production. Electricity for starting modern business-business in Mahatma Gandhi Rural Industrial Park, Necessary facilities like water, roads etc. are being made available. Unemployment allowance scheme has been implemented to help the educated unemployed of the state. He said that in a short period of just 03 months, an amount of more than 80 crores has been transferred to the accounts of eligible beneficiaries under the Unemployment Allowance Scheme. Mr. Baghel said that in order to provide maximum opportunities for appointment in government service to the youth of the state, recruitment process has been started on a large scale in various departments. Necessary facilities like roads etc. are being made available. Unemployment allowance scheme has been implemented to help the educated unemployed of the state. He said that in a short period of just 03 months, an amount of more than 80 crores has been transferred to the accounts of eligible beneficiaries under the Unemployment Allowance Scheme. Mr. Baghel said that in order to provide maximum opportunities for appointment in government service to the youth of the state, recruitment process has been started on a large scale in various departments. Necessary facilities like roads etc. are being made available. Unemployment allowance scheme has been implemented to help the educated unemployed of the state. He said that in a short period of just 03 months, an amount of more than 80 crores has been transferred to the accounts of eligible beneficiaries under the Unemployment Allowance Scheme. Mr. Baghel said that in order to provide maximum opportunities for appointment in government service to the youth of the state, recruitment process has been started on a large scale in various departments. 

Mr. Baghel praised Collector Mr. Kuldeep Sharma. After reaching the program venue, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel first of all reached the Shiva temple located near the venue of the program in village Bharda Tatenga and prayed to Lord Shankar and wished for the happiness, prosperity and prosperity of the people of the state.

    On this occasion, Parliamentary Secretary and Regional MLA Mr. Kunwar Singh Nishad gave detailed information regarding the various development works done in Chhattisgarh as well as in the region under the efficient leadership of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel. He said that Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has very kindly fulfilled almost all the demands of the region. He said that during the successful tenure of the last 04 years of Mr. Baghel, along with the gift of government college in village Jewartala, construction of new tehsil in Marri-Bangla-Deori, establishment of Mahatma Gandhi Rural Industrial Park in Pinkapar village, etc. various development works were done. The gift has been given. On this occasion, Mr. Nishad drew the attention of Chief Minister Mr. Baghel towards the main demands of the region. Presenting the welcome speech of the programme, the district president of Dondilohara, Mr. Jagrut Sonkar, said that the state government is working for the welfare of all sections of the society. Gave detailed information regarding the public welfare schemes being run in the state. A sketch of his mother Late Smt. Bindeshwari Devi was also presented to Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel by the villagers. On this occasion, saplings were also planted in the newly constructed park by the Chief Minister and the guests.
