Raipur, 08 November 2020. Revenue and Disaster Management Department of the Government of Chhattisgarh provides financial assistance to the victims of various natural calamities through the District Collector under the provisions of the Revenue Book Circular.
Four lakhs of financial assistance has been sanctioned to the families of the victims of the death of Suba Bai of village Bondanar in Tehsil Antagarh and Sabita Bai of village Ghotia of Bhanupratappur tehsil under drowning in water under Uttar Bastar Kanker district of the state. . Similarly, Sahil Kumar of village Borsi of Champa, Tehsil of Janjgir Champa district, died of snake bite and Ku of village Akalsara of Jajepur Tehsil. On the death of Anita God due to burning of fire, financial assistance of Rs four lakh has been sanctioned to the families of the victims of the dead.
