Raipur, 18 May 2021. Under the Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana of the Government of Chhattisgarh, the first installment of input subsidy (input subsidy) will be released on May 21 to farmers who sell paddy at the support price in the Kharif year 2020-21. An amount of Rs 9000 per acre will be provided to farmers as exchange assistance.
It was decided in a cabinet meeting held today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel that an input subsidy of Rs. 9,000 per acre will be given to farmers who sell paddy at the support price per year 2020-21 and onwards. In the year 2020-21, farmers who sold paddy if those farmers take other crops instead of paddy in the year 2021-22 will get Rs 10 thousand per acre and those who plant trees will get input of Rs 10 thousand per acre per year for the next 3 years. Subsidy will be given. A cabinet sub-committee meeting will be held on May 19 tomorrow in the presence of Chief Minister Mr. Baghel to prepare a detailed action plan and discuss other aspects in this regard. Senior officers will also be present in this. And the subjects proposed by the meeting of the sub-committee will be decided in the next cabinet meeting to be held on May 21.
