The government agreed in principle to consider the initial records prepared on the basis of the verification of possession or the measles measles as the basis.
Raipur, 1 April 2021. According to the intention of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, farmers of 237 villages in Abujhmad region and 9 unaided villages of Narayanpur block will now be given the benefit of various schemes and programs of the government by considering the initial records or Mashaati Khasra. The government has given in-principle consent to benefit the farmers of the unserved villages of Abujhmad and Narayanpur. The Secretary Revenue and Disaster Management Department has sent the Commissioner Land Records for approval from out of the unserved villages, currently the villages in which preliminary / temporary land records or verdant measles has been prepared on the basis of verification of possession. Along with this, instructions have been given to Collector Narayanpur to register information about the entry of the occupant in the Bhuiya portal, so that the legitimate occupants have been given MNREGA, paddy purchase, Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana, crop insurance, Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi,
It is worth noting that the revenue survey has not yet been done in 237 villages of Abujhmad area of Orchha development block in Narayanpur district and 9 villages of Narayanpur block. Farmers of unserved villages are not getting the benefit of government schemes and programs due to lack of agricultural records. Keeping this in mind, in compliance with the instructions of Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel, the order to benefit the farmers of unserved villages of Abujhmad region on the basis of preliminary records or temporary measles has been issued today by the Ministry of Revenue and Disaster Management Department.
In the meeting held under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh on 6 March 2021, the survey work of Abujhmad area was completed under the prescribed procedure as well as the temporary / preliminary land records prepared on the basis of verification of the present occupation as the basis of the occupiers. In principle consent was given to give benefits of various government schemes and programs. Farmers of the above unserved villages now have land leveling and construction of Dabri under MNREGA on the basis of initial land records or Mashaati Khasra, Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, Paddy on support price, Input Assistance under Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyaya Yojana, Crop Insurance and tubewells, manure-seeds, fencing fields, Apart from providing agricultural implements, forest rights recognition certificate can be benefited. The Secretary of Revenue Department has also instructed Collector Narayanpur to conduct a time-bound program for preparing preliminary / tentative map and land records of unserved villages in Abujhmad region.
