When a farmer told that he had bought a tractor from the money received under the Rajiv Gandhi Nyay Yojana by selling paddy, during the meeting held in Makdi block of Kondagaon, the Chief Minister himself told these figures and also said that this would reflect the happiness of the farmers. Is. Most of the farmers are spending the amount received from Nyay Yojana to upgrade their agriculture so that they can get better crop than before. For this, farmers are also demanding continuous power connection for irrigation pumps.
Chief Minister Shri Baghel informed that 5 thousand applications have been received for electricity connection of irrigation pumps from Kondagaon district alone , out of which 1466 applications are from Makdi block alone. Friendly to the farmers present in Makdi, Chief Minister Shri Baghel immediately approved the application of electricity connection for irrigation pumps of 1466 farmers so that the farmers do not suffer due to lack of irrigation. Not only this, 53 thousand individual forest rights pattas and 3 thousand 409 community forest rights pattas have been distributed in Kondagaon in the interest of farmers. Additionally 107The rights of community forest resources have also been given to the farmers. Chief Minister Shri Baghel said for those who play with the interests of farmers that such people have no place in the society and those who cheat with the farmers will have to remain in jail.
