Raipur, 28 November 2020. The Chief Secretary of the State RP, who is retiring on 30th November at a meeting of the Council of Ministers held at his residence office here today, under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel. The board was bid farewell. Members of the Council of Ministers along with Chief Minister Mr. Baghel congratulated Mr. Mandal for his healthy, long and happy life.
On the occasion, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel said that under the guidance of Mandal, the state has decided many important steps for development. He was instrumental in the challenging task of prevention and prevention of corona infection, due to which the infection situation in Chhattisgarh was under control compared to other states.
