Collector gave facility, review of preparations in deadline meeting

After the announcement of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, the registration of youths eligible for unemployment allowance in Raipur district will start from April 1. Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Bhure reviewed the preparations made so far for unemployment allowance registration in the weekly meeting of the deadline today. He instructed the officials to register the unemployed in all the choice centers and CSCs of the district. Youth eligible for unemployment allowance website berojgaribhatta.cg.nic.in. in can fill online registration application. Along with this, help desks are also being set up in every zone office in Raipur Municipal Corporation area for the convenience of unemployed youth. Three help desks in Birgaon Municipal Corporation area and one help desk each in all other urban body areas of the district will have the facility of registration for allowance to the unemployed. Registration facility will be available in CSC and Choice Centers with prescribed service charges. Registration for unemployment allowance will start from 8 am on April 1. Collector Dr. Bhure has given instructions to the officers to complete all the preparations for this in the next 2 days. No last date has yet been fixed for the registration of unemployment allowance. Keeping in mind the registration of unemployment allowance, the collector has renewed the registration in the employment offices. Instructions have been given to the officers to ensure compliance of all necessary criteria and government guidelines for issuing income-residence certificates in revenue offices. In the meeting, Commissioner of Municipal Corporation Raipur Mr. Mayank Chaturvedi, Chief Executive Officer of District Panchayat Mr. Akash Chikara, Assistant Collector Mr. Jayant Nahata, Additional Collector Mr. B.B.Panchbhai, Mr. Gajendra Thakur and Mr. B.C.Sahu and all S. DM and departmental officers were present.
Instructions to finish school repair work by the end of April
Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Bhure gave instructions to the officials to start the repair work of dilapidated schools and ashram-hostel buildings in the district soon. The Collector also informed the officials about budget allocation by the government for these works to be done under the Mukhyamantri School Jatan Yojana. He directed to identify such repairable schools and ashram-hostel buildings in two days and complete the necessary process as soon as possible. The Collector asked to complete the repair work of all such school hostels-ashrams before the start of the new session. He also instructed to get all such ashram-hostels and school buildings painted with cow dung paint after repairs.
The preparations for the Economic Social Census were also reviewed:
In the meeting of the deadline, Collector Dr. Bhure also reviewed the preparations made for the Economic Social Census starting from 1st April itself. For this, Mr. Akash Chikara, Chief Executive Officer of District Panchayat has been made the nodal officer. Collector Dr. Bhure also took information from the officials about the formation of census teams, their training etc. in all the four development blocks for the Economic Social Census. The collector also told that during this census all the information should be entered online on the relevant portal on mobile. All the information should be entered offline even in case of no network. The information should be made online as soon as the mobile comes in the network. The collector also expressed that along with entering the information in the mobile, the physical paper form will also be filled on the spot. District Panchayat CEO Mr. Chikara said that the formation of teams for the Economic Social Census has been completed.
