Ex-servicemen thanked CMHO Dr. Meera Baghel in
Raipur. 27 March 2021. Officers and employees of Directorate, Sainik Welfare and District Sainik Welfare Office, Raipur got vaccinated with their families today to prevent corona infection. 40 ex-servicemen and their families were vaccinated, including Brigadier Mr. Vivek Sharma (Retd.), Director of Sainik Welfare, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Medical College, Raipur. Director Brigadier Mr. Sharma met Dr. Meera Baghel, Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO), Raipur, on March 26 and requested for early vaccination of ex-servicemen. CMHO Dr. Baghel had encouraged the ex-servicemen to get vaccinated today and arranged for their immunization along with their relatives. Ex-servicemen have thanked CMHO Dr. Meera Baghel for this initiative.
Director Vigilance Director, Vivek Sharma, Director, Sainik Welfare, directed the Sainik Welfare Officers of all the districts to contact the DPM of their respective districts to protect all the employees and their families working in the District Sainik Welfare Office from Kovid-19 Get vaccinated. He has also provided the contact numbers of the DPM of the concerned district to all the Sainik Welfare Officers. Brigadier Mr. Sharma has called upon all the ex-servicemen to get vaccinated for themselves as well as their family members to protect them from Kovid-19. He called on every ex-serviceman to encourage at least 100 people to be corona vaccinated.
