Members of the production unit of Hindi feature film ‘Meri Chidiya’ met Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel at his residence office here this evening under the leadership of Chairman, Chhattisgarh Housing Board, Mr. Kuldeep Juneja. The film is being produced under the banner of Chhattisgarh Ramapir Studios and Folk Feature Films. On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Baghel gave a Muhurta shot for the film Meri Chidiya on the request of the film production unit.
Expressing happiness over film production in Chhattisgarh, Chief Minister Shri Baghel said that every possible initiative is being taken to promote film production in the state. A new film policy is being prepared by the state government. In which every necessary provision will be made to encourage film production. While there are many places of historical, cultural and archaeological importance in the land, the state of Chhattisgarh, rich in forest resources, is also full of many panoramic panoramic views. Thus there is adequate availability of suitable and better facilities for film production in the state.
Chief Minister Shri Baghel was informed by the film production unit on the occasion that the film ‘Meri Chidiya’ would be screened at different places in Chhattisgarh. For this, the site of Sirpur, Surguja, Mainpat and Bastar region has been selected by the film production unit in the historical heritage and delightful tourist places located in the state. Producer Mr. Darshan Sankhla, Director Mr. Deepak Garg and actors Mr. Anuj Omprakash Sharma and Mr. Firdous Hassan were present on the occasion.
