Public Health Engineering and Village Industries Minister Guru Rudrakumar was involved in the launch of the third phase vaccination campaign in his in-charge district Kanker, Kondagaon and Narayanpur today. Minister Guru Rudrakumar said that every effort is being made to expand health services in the state as per the intention of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel. He said that in the third phase of vaccination, Antyodaya ration card holders of 18 to 44 years are being applied. As per the intention of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, this phase of vaccination is being done initially for the very poor Antyodaya ration card holders. For this battle of Corona, there will be no shortage of funds for the expansion of corona screening, treatment and health services. In this battle of Corona, everyone should participate vigilantly and participate in it. Minister Guru Rudrakumar reviewed district-wise efforts being made for prevention of corona infection in all the three districts. He also added number of Kovid centers including medical facilities, oxygenated beds in hospitals, oxygen supply, Taking detailed information regarding the availability of medical staff and vaccinations, the officials gave necessary guidelines. Minister Guru Rudrakumar congratulated Mr. Mohan Markam and the team of the district for completing the 95% vaccination in Kondagaon district. Similarly, he expressed displeasure over the slow pace of vaccination in Narayanpur district and said that efforts should be made to expedite the vaccination work and directed to prepare a detailed report and submit it in three days. Minister Manoj Mandavi apprised the Minister Guru Rudkumar about the problem of oxygen for corona patients. On this, Minister Guru Rudrakumar announced the setting up of oxygen plants. He said that keeping in view the future of Corona’s changing nature and increasing impact, he said to set up oxygen plants in the three districts and directed the officials to prepare and submit the project for this. During the virtual discussion, Minister Guru Rudrakumar instructed the officials to make separate arrangements for registration of eligible beneficiaries in the registration and vaccination centers. He said that this time is a difficult time for all of us. In such a situation, we should organize and strictly follow the rules of prevention of corona and encourage more and more people to be vaccinated. Minister Guru Rudrakumar informed that a helpline number 0771-2420707 has been issued in his official residence in Raipur. On which all public representatives and officials can inform about corona related problems in office hours. Local public representatives including SP, Collector of Kanker, Kondagaon and Narayanpur districts attended the occasion.
