Raipur, 2 June 2021.  School education as well as mohalla classes were affected due to the infection of Kovid-19. Keeping students engaged with education in such a difficult situation is a new challenge for the teachers, but the School Education Department along with the teachers is facing every challenge for the last one year through new innovations and techniques. It has been successful in keeping students engaged in education by keeping them safe from the infection of Kovid-19. At present, Chhattisgarh Samagra Shiksha is emphasizing on making Shala Gram every village-printrich village, every ward-printrich ward, so that the education of children is not disrupted. In this way, if there is a will, then no task is difficult. To make this point meaningful, our hero is Mrs. Dina Tandia, a teacher of Marwahi block, by whom every effort is being made, which is necessary to keep the children engaged in studies.

During the discussion, teacher Mrs. Tandia told block writer Aditi Sharma that as soon as she got the information about the demand for a print-rich environment, she decided to do this work with determination. For this, along with fellow teacher Smt. Suchita Unrao, she is working on selecting a site for print-rich work in the village and making her own educational print. The writing work is being done by him on the subject related to Kakhara, Counting, English, Mathematics, General Knowledge etc. Not only the students but all the villagers are also getting benefited from this work of Mrs. Tandia and her fellow teacher Mrs. Unrao. With this initiative of the teacher, an educational environment is being created in the village. The educational prints made by them are so attractive and beautiful that even passersby stop and admire their work.

Postponing the school operations due to Kovid-19 infection, on the instructions of conducting online classes, the work of connecting the parents of the students was done by Mrs. Started online class through webex. Students whose parents do not have smart phones, motivated them to join online classes through other students.

As soon as the information about taking the Mohalla class was received, Mrs. Tandia started taking the Mohalla class following the instructions of Kovid-19. About 90 percent of the students had joined the mohalla class. To keep the students engaged and interested in the mohalla class, Mrs. Tandia continued to use teaching aids, toy making, storytelling and a variety of innovative activities. The distribution of audio educational materials to the students was also done by Smt. Tandia through Bultu Ke Bol app.
