Dr. Ram Ran Bijay Singh, Retd. Joint Director (Academic) cum Dean, ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal has been appointed as the Vice Chancellor of Dau Shri Vasudev Chandrakar Kamdhenu University by the Governor and Chancellor Shri Vishwabhushan Harichandan. This order was issued by Shri Amrit Khalkho, Secretary to the Governor, on 8 September 2023.
The tenure, achievements and service conditions of Dr. Singh will be as per the provisions contained in the University Act and Statutes. His appointment has been made in exercise of the powers conferred in Section 9(1) of the Dao Shri Vasudev Chandrakar Kamdhenu University Act 2011 (No. 21 of 2011) (Amended Act, 2020).
