Free registration of Ayushman card is being done in public service centers

Ayushman card is being made in Chhattisgarh in order to provide better health facilities to the common people. Dhamtari district ranks second in the state in terms of making Ayushman cards. Ayushman card is being prepared under the ambitious scheme of the government, Ayushman-India Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana and Dr. Khubchand Baghel Swasthya Sahayata Yojana, under the guidance of District Collector Mr. Rituraj Raghuvanshi and Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Mandal. In Dhamtari district on August 4 and 5, more than 9 thousand 700 Ayushman cards were made through a special campaign in schools, hostels, Anganwadi centers, ration shops and other public places.
In the same sequence, all Ayushman friends, health and wellness centers, employment assistants, secretaries, R.H.O., A.N.M., N.R.L. Ayushman cards of all the beneficiaries who were left out by M.M., Bank Sakhi, Anganwadi worker, Mitanino and Choice Centers, self-help sisters of NULM in urban areas were made free of cost in the Panchayat Bhavan and Nagar Panchayat or health centers of the village. As a result of this, Dhamtari district is second in the state in terms of making Ayushman cards. Against the targeted total of 8 lakh 53 thousand 159 in the district, Ayushman cards have been made for 7 lakh 49 thousand 185 people. Under Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana and Dr. Khubchand Baghel Swasthya Sahayata Yojana, eligible APL families are given free treatment facility up to 50 thousand, And under the BPL ration card, all the eligible families are given the benefit of health facility up to 5 lakhs. To get Ayushman card made, contact can be made at the nearest choice center or hospital. It is mandatory for the beneficiaries to have Aadhaar card or ration card.
