Raipur, 11 June 2021. With the number of corona infected decreasing in the state, development works have once again gained momentum in the state. Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel has inaugurated 3433 new development works and performed bhoomi pujan along with giving a gift of Rs.2660 crore to eight districts in just four days. While a new chapter of development is being written in the districts with the launch of new works and Bhoomi Pujan, the progress of the state is being ensured with the creation of new employment opportunities through construction works.
Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel is maintaining constant dialogue with the people of the state even during the Corona period and is giving development works to the people of the state. In the last four days, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel has given a gift of Rs.2660 crore to eight districts of the state. In this episode, he has done virtual inauguration and Bhoomipujan of 3433 works related to the development and construction of public facilities in Durg, Balod, Balodabazar-Bhatapara, Mahasamund, Gariaband, Kabirdham, Rajnandgaon and Dhamtari. Chief Minister Shri Baghel is also establishing a dialogue among the people of those districts along with inaugurating development and construction works in the districts and performing Bhoomi Pujan. He is also discussing about the beneficiaries, farmers, villagers, women self-help groups and different categories of beneficiaries who are benefited by joining various schemes and programs of the government.
On June 8, Chief Minister Shri Baghel inaugurated and performed Bhoomi Pujan of 244 works costing Rs.685 crore in Durg and Balod districts, out of which 57 works costing Rs.285.87 crore in Durg district and 187 development works costing Rs.399.32 crore in Balod district. Includes construction work. In a virtual program organized at his residence office on June 9, Chief Minister Shri Baghel has inaugurated and performed Bhoomi Pujan of 1430 works costing about Rs 565 crore in Balodabazar-Bhatapara and Mahasamund districts, in which 1172 works costing Rs 295 crore for Balodabazar district. works and for Mahasamund district, 258 works costing Rs 270 crore and bhoomi pujan are included.
Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel inaugurated 1270 works costing Rs 581 crore 97 lakh in Gariaband and Kabirdham districts on 10th June, in which 211 works worth Rs 176 crore 94 lakh were dedicated in Gariaband district and 305 works worth Rs 180 crore 29 lakh. Bhoomi pujan of works and inauguration of 415 works worth Rs 98 crore 73 lakh and Bhoomi Pujan of 339 works worth Rs 126 crore one lakh are included in Kabirdham district.
On June 11, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel gave 462 works to Rajnandgaon and Dhamtari districts at a cost of about Rs.828 crore 37 lakh. Shri Baghel laid the foundation stone and inaugurated 192 different construction works costing Rs 556 crore 86 lakh in Rajnandgaon district. In which the foundation stone of 135 works was laid at a cost of Rs 231 crore 18 lakh and 57 works costing Rs 325 crore 68 lakh 20 thousand were inaugurated. The Chief Minister inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 270 works in Dhamtari district costing Rs. Out of this, 146 works costing Rs 115 crore 77 lakh have been dedicated and foundation stone for 124 works costing Rs 155 crore 74 lakh is included.
