Discussion on Reducing Methane Emissions and Environment Protection

The delegation of MacArthur Foundation of America and Global Methane Hub had a courtesy call on Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel at his residence office here this morning. He held detailed discussions with Chief Minister Mr. Baghel on the possibilities of reducing methane emissions, environmental protection as well as increasing employment opportunities in Chhattisgarh. Jargan Thomson, Director Climate Program, MakeArthur Foundation, Marcelo Meena, CEO, Global Methane Hub, Ms. Uma Bhattacharya, Swaniti Initiative and Secretary to the Chief Minister, Mr. Ankit Anand were present on the occasion.
