Newly appointed Vice Chancellor of Pandit Ravi Shankar Shukla Vishwavidyalaya, Raipur, Dr. S.N. Courtesy visit by Shukla. Governor Mr. Harichandan congratulated the newly appointed Vice-Chancellor Dr. Shukla and gave instructions for better functioning of the university.
