Vice Chancellor of Hemchand Yadav University, Durg Dr. Aruna Palta called on Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel at his residence office today. He invited the Chief Minister to attend the foundation day and first convocation ceremony of the university organized on April 24.
